Has anyone tried submitting their sites to social bookmarking portals like Digg, del.icio.us stumble etc? I have heard that they offer a very good traffic if you have a website on their front page.

I used to submit to a site like Digg a few years ago when I was more into blogging. It was okay for a few hits if you had an interesting topic
