| I have dabbled from time to time with computer art. Till now I just used a mouse and my PC but I keep hearing that I would do well with a tablet. Honestly I don't want to spend that much money. Would it be worth it? |

| Hello TravelLight, YES! It's totally worth the money! I am a digital artist and I can't bear to do anything art related without my tablet. Using a tablet really gives you a lot more control and speed. It may feel a bit weird at first but you should get the hang of it within the first week. I suggest buying a tablet from Wacom. They are industry standard and are used by thousands of professionals including me! There are 2 kinds of tablet (more if you live in Europe or Asia) The 1st one is the Graphire line and the 2nd one is the Intuos line. The Intuos is about twice as expensive because it has more options and looks more "shinier" than the Graphire but if you are a beginner then I suggest getting a Graphire. If you need any more info then just post and I'll try and help you. |
