Default What are your favorite paintings, sculptures, and other forms of art?

I love Manet and Monet. I particulary like Umberto Boccioni's Unique Forms of Continuity in Space.

I love modern art - sculptures like displayed in the Yorkshire Sculpture Park (UK). Artists, such as Henry Moore and Peter Randall-Page - I just love the flowing contours and natural elements of the sculptures.

Really? What kind of things do you like drawing? I know one or two talented artists that can just pick up a pencil or a paintbrush and create something stunning - makes me sick

I'm still on stick men and cave painting stage...

My favorite thing to draw is animals. I am one of those people that I have to have my subject in front of me, and I can draw it. I can also draw some great graphic designs. It is fun to sculpt too, but I don't have a kiln to fire them.

I like several forms, Kadinski is kind of neat. Did you all know that he painted on both sides of his canvas? One side would be geometrical, and the other side he would do in a more...curvier freeflowing way. I've seen both of his methods and think there're both great. Quite the talent!

That is a really neat fact. It is also a good way to not waste.

I, personally love abstract art. To me art is a way to express yourself and any way you do that is wonderful. Abstract art just stand out to me because it allows each viewer to interpret it any way they want rather than the normal one perspective view side.
