How aware are you of your banking habits? Do you take measures to protect your identity?

I have to say that I worry probably far more than I should about this. I have several friends who trade online who have been taken. They got their money back in the end but I don't want to face that hassle.

I am very paranoid when it comes to online security. I have an antivirus, a firewall and 3 anti spyware installed which I update daily and scan my system atleast twice a day.
