The hospital in our town is supposedly rated highly as one of the best places to work in this state.

But in truth the place sucks. The employees are treated like scum, they are pushed from pillar to post, shifts taken off roster without notice, and there is a great deal of politics on the hospital floor. Working there can be very uncomfortable.

So what got them the title, and the right to display it everywhere? They allow staff to donate PTO to others in need, and have 'flexible scheduling'. This was the two big things. However the flexibility also means you can have your shift torn from under you without discussion.

So it's another scam. Just like so many things in this world. Anywhere near you do this?
