Too many choices tend to overwhelm consumers. It is important to make an informed decision in respect to any computer accessory and not simply base your decision on cost. As an example, did you know you can transform a flat panel monitor into a touch screen monitor in under 2 minutes with a simple add-on external kit? Or that touch screen monitors are interface-free and require no additional software? In fact, any mouse driven application should work well with practically any touch screen addition. Of course, there are exceptions but this is fairly standard.

A touch screen monitor...I don't think that would work for me, what am I suppose to do if I get food on the monitor and I go to clean it with windex? I need my mouse to play video games! I think that would be great for any small business though, heck, you wouldn't need as much room either.

My local movie theatre has touch screen monitors in the ticket kiosk. They're terrific for that kind of use, but I can't see they'd be all that practical for home use, especially for mums (or grandmas) with small kids in their laps.
