Default What is the most exotic meal you have ever had?

Last night I dined on white sea worms, crickets and scorpions.

I would have to say that was my most interesting meal. How about you?

Lloyd...you really are brave

Well this wasn't exotic, but I'm going to say it anyway. Last year I went over to my father's house, and we had lamb, potatoes, the regular. The lamb was delicious, until I found out ate the lamb's (thing ----->). That was a bad night.

Not the sort of thing I'd ever really want to sit down and try - How was the taste though Lloyd? When you watch some of these survival programmes it's amazing what you can eat, though whether or not I've got the stomach to actually try any of it is another matter entirely.

Mesoc - pig's testicles are considered to be a delicacy in many parts of the world so I'm not all that surprised that lamb's went down well. Waste not, want not...

I'm not all that adventurous with food - ever since cleaning out the calimari in an Italian restaurant I used to work in I've gone right off the idea of anything that doesn't come prepacked in a supermarket.

The scorpion on shrimp toast was the best, but I was picking their legs out of my teeth for a while.

The crickets were surprisingly meaty.

The sea worms tasted like tetra fish flakes smell.

Well thats the thing, I liked it, but after finding out what I just ate...imagine going to a relatives house and eating dinner, then after saying mmmm that was delicious, they tell you, "do you know what you just ate? that was the lamb's penis". That type of thing scars you for life.

Scorpion on shrimp toast? I don't think I'd eat that even if I was on fear factor for $50,000.

No I don't, and scorpion..ewwwwww, I could never eat it. I'll just stick with a nice porterhouse steak with A1 sauce.

Thai food is good. I can't imagine having to save it as a last resort type of thing. Rice, noodles, shrimp, chicken . . . no big deal.
