| I'm currently overweight. I need to lose about 20 pounds so I'd be fit. I have not eaten meat in a week and I'm not planning to eat meat for a month. I have exercised every single day too. Next week I will start lifting weights. Do you think I can lose 20 pounds in two months? Is it healthy? I've done it before when I was 17 or 18 years old. |

| Sorry I missed this earlier. When I was about 27 I lost 30 lbs in 30 days by going on a hi-protein, low carb diet, running and working out every other day with about 10 minutes in the steam room after the workouts. It can be done, but it takes dedication. |
