| I am frequently told by people in my family that the time of day I eat will ultimately lead to weight gain. That eating earlier in the day is best, and to not eat after a certain time. Is there any truth in it or is this an old wives tale? It seems to me that a calorie is a calorie and too many will be bad at any time of day-that it is the quality of your food, not the time that you eat it, that counts. |
