Question Natural Headache Relief?

Does anybody know of any herbal, or otherwise all-natural headache remedies that actually work for moderate to severe headaches?

I have used bella donna in the past, but I cannot recall how successful it was given that I was trying so many things at the time. I suffer from migraines and cannot take real meds at this time in my life, and so am having to deal with them drug free. I find that caffeine at the right time can help, and basically temple massage with resting my eyes-darkened room.

Have you tried Head On?

Thanks for the advice. I did try belladonna, and didn't find it to be effective. I haven't tried Head-On. I'll try to find some and give it a try. Is it one of those "roll-on's"? I, too, get migraines, and lately my Advil/Tylenol combination (which rarely works, anyways) is really bugging my stomach. I'd like to eliminate my use of synthetic drugs, completely.

I tried Head-on and all it did was make the part of my head where I applied it cold. It didn't give me any relief - it only gave me a cooling sensation for about 5 minutes which actually made me more aware of my headache.

Magnets and pressure points work well for migraines.
