Default Power Surges
Four nights ago we had a power surge. In one foul swoop, we lost a microwave, a radio alarm clock and several incandescent lights, as well as desktop computer

We have surge protection/insurance with the power company and are just waiting for them to make excuses and tell us why it isn't their fault.
