What is your height and weight and I can help you figure out how much of the daily values of what you need and also your calorie intake. That's if you don't mind. Also you could do three average sized meals with two snacks to make up the five meals. It's all about healthy foods.

I'm about 5"10. Well yesterday I had 3 slices of pizza and 4 breadsticks, but that was for the entire day, I only eat one meal for the day sometimes, or 2 meals, and thats probally part of my huge problem. I only eat when I'm starving. I guess I could try it, but that means I'd have to really put down on the calendar what I'm going to eat because if I don't, I won't eat right.

If you don't fuel up in smaller amounts through the day, your body DOES read it as starvation, so when you DO eat, your body stores as much of the extra calories as fat as an energy store in case of future deprivation. I bet if you ate the same number of calories, spread out over the day, you'd lose.

Sometimes weight gain is caused by stress, and sometimes the toxin in the body prevent us from losing that weight. I would say first try to eat food high in antioxidants. This can help the process and you still may not notice a difference at first, but do that and combine it with walking at least 20 minutes a day three times a week. I do not mean casual walking speed it up from the normal walking level you are used to. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, you should be drinking more than that for your weight. Try that to start off with and let me know how it goes.

I think any diet requires physical activity along with the foods you are choosing. I too am concerned though because I'm 35 and pregnant. I'm hoping I won't have much trouble losing this extra beby weight after I give birth. Good luck to you Mesoc!

Stress makes me fat too. That's why I am 20 pounds overweight now. Just too much stress at work...that's why I'm trying to lessen my work load. I might try the raw food diet which was mentioned by Lloyd. I can do that for a month...maybe. :-)
