I used to work out regularly, but we sold our home gym when we moved here (it was a 1500 mile move and not practical to haul it along). I'd like to replace it because there are no decent gyms close by.

I use the dance game "Dance Dance Revolution" to exercise, not only does it get the heart rate up and is a good source of cardio but it is also extremely fun and addictive.

My daughter mentioned that to me and I think it might be fun. I have a bouncy living room floor, though, so we might make the disc skip. That would NOT be a good thing. Downside of an old house.

I used to love playing dance revolution. Now I just do aerobics in the bedroom (the only private room we have) and walk anywhere we go because I don't drive.

It suffices, but I'd love to be able to do more.

I just came home from a conference weekend and we learned some exercises to retrain the body to counteract some of the effects of being in a flexed position most of the day. It was great and I want to do them daily to keep me moving.
