| Eating dinner together as a family is very healthy for building your relationship. It gives you the time to discuss issues that may be on your mind, find out what you kids are doing every day, and you can see if something could be wrong. I try to do this so that we can share things that might get skipped the rest of the time. We can also learn of other things such as game days, and parent teacher conferences without having to read them. |

| When I was living with my parents, we had this golden rule that how so ever busy we were, we made it a point to sit and have dinner together on the dining table. There we discussed daily rumblings of life which were not possible to discuss otherways. After I completed my school, I shifted away from that city and so now me and my girlfriend share an appartment and sometimes have food together as both of us have bit different work timings. |
