I'm thinking of putting in a small garden this year, mostly to share with my granddaughter. I haven't done one in a while, but we used to make small garden plots and let the kids pick what to grow in their own little plots. It was a lot of fun.

SerenBaker, that really sounds like a great way to spend time with your granddaughter. I am not a gardner now but I do remember my grandparents keeping a garden with fresh vegetables and fruits. I loved picking out stuff from their garden when I spent the night at their house.
