When you shop, do you use cards to pay for things, or carry cash?

I am trying to make more of an effort to pay cash, because I find that I overspend less that way.

I use both, it depends on what/where I am buying.

Cash almost all the time. I spend less whenever I use cash. I don't use my credit cards unless it's super important.
