Default Exercise

What forms of exercise do you do?

I enjoy walking, yoga, and aerobics.

Very little I'm ashamed to say. Having said that, I've just started cricket again and once I'm back working in the kitchen I know it'll be a good workout for me. You'd be surprised what distance you cover and how much you sweat out over the course of a day/night.

Currently my exercise considts primarily of taking my dog on long walks, and riding my motorcycle.

One of my girlfriends is looking into finding us a Tai Chi class we can take together. I used to take it about 10 years ago and want to start again.

Yeah, I try to exercise by playing with my three dogs too. They are fun, but man the puppy trips you a lot. I live by a main road so I can't go walking because my Shar Pei mix will follow me. I can't put him on a leash because he's never been trained for one.

During the winter, most of my exercise involves bringing in firewood and trotting up and down the darn cellar stairs to feed the furnace.

lol, if you live up north, i can see that being a good workout. Actually between that and shovelling snow, you could make it a real good exercise when you think about it.

I don't exercise, but I stay fit by working and also by tending to the yard work.
