How offensive do you find bad customer service? Is bad customer service a good reason to prevent you from dealing with persons selling goods and services?

There really is no excuse for bad customer service. I've run into a few really bad e-tailers who frankly have no business being in business.

I don't understand what the big deal is. I understand that customers can be just as stupid, but I've had to bite my tongue before. Yeesh. O_O
