Thumbs up Pampers Sensitive baby wipes for acne...

I suffer from occasional stress and PMS related breakouts, and have tried all the conventional acne treatments with little success. Then last summer, we went camping and I brought along some Pamper's Sensitive baby wipes. I started using them to wash my face every morning and evening, and my skin responded quite favourably. Almost a year later, and still using the wipes everyday, I rarely break out and my skin feels soft and smooth. I don't know if this will work for anyone else, but it's certainly worth a try.

The wipes unfortunately still have chemicals in them that can cause problems for some people. I have a friend who tried them because she has severe rosacia and other problems, and within a day or two she had a HUGE outbreak.

I've heard the alchohol in baby wipes can be irritating to some people. Anything besides Pamper's Sensitive makes me break out, too. Has your friend tried Spectro cleanser? I've had some success with the Spectro line, and it didn't irritate my skin. I don't have rosacea, but my skin is pretty sensitive. All non-hypoallergenic and even some hypoallergenic products iritate my skin (little red bumps, peeling).

She's tried a ton of things, most of which came from the dermatologist she has been seeing for about five years. She is terribly embarrassed with the state of her skin, and hide it under foundation, which I think is the worst thing she can do.

I think in truth the only healthy thing is for her to come to terms with it and leave the make up in the bathroom.

Question

Has she tried modifying her diet? I was just reading that adding Omega-3's and eating a more alkaline diet can improve rosacea. There is actually a book out, entitled, 'Rosacea Diet'. Your friend might want to look into it.

Default The Terminator 4 Salvations

The Terminator franchise is what got me interested in the movies in the first place. The first was a suspenseful cyberpunk thriller, and the second became my favorite movie of all time. The third fell short of intelligence but still solid nonetheless, and the TV series was a good addition to the franchise. Nearing the end of May, the fourth and latest film addition of the beloved sci-fi franchise will open, and viewers are in for a sheer summer spectacle.
