I would like to know your take on ISP services vs. Online communities. tell us your opinion, what you like or dislike about them, how well they work for you.

The two are not comparable. The first-ISPs are internet service providers. They are the companies that provide the services that get you online-the ones that allow you to access the online communities. The later does not provide a service that allows you to access it..... You see what I mean?
