Just wondering what jobs posters at this forum hold currently. I just graduated with an Associate degree in Nursing and am preparing to take my State exam. I work in a long-term care facility at this time and have been in this field for about six years.

Right now I work at a gas station. LOL To say it outloud, it sounds so plain! Truth is I managed pawnshops for 10 years. It got to me bad!!! I felt so bad for some of the people that came in and had no other option to pawn a ring their grandmother gave them, or a gun that was 50 or 60 years old that had been passed down through generations of men. We live in a sad world when people can't put food on the table or gas in their car. And I am talking about people who work fulltime jobs!
So... I want to change the world, no not at the gas station! I am a college student majoring in Sociology and I will later get a Masters in Gerontology. The elderly are getting the brunt of the economy crunch! Alot of them live on fixed incomes but the cost of living is steadly going up.They need better housing options, better medical options, and public transportation (some older people should not be driving!!! I say this because I was hit by a 78 year old man who didn't see me!!!)LOL
Anyhow that I went off somewhere I didn't mean to.

I don't have a job right now because I'm studying again. I think I'll go look for a part time job next week.

I own a small home-based business with my sister. We design and sell clothing and costumes for dogs and horses. I am customer service/webmaster/accounting/fabric cutting/purchasing/shipping/a little sewing.
