I have been looking around, and do you know you can actually buy medicine in Canada without a prescription, regular brand names such as Allegra are available, just at a higher cost. However, I think I might try the generic Allegra, because its about 1/5 of the price, and hopefully it'll work the same. It saves alot of money, because having no health insurance, going to a doctors just for a prescription is going to cost more then just buying the medicine online. Anyone already buy their medications from Canada?

I am surprised you didn't know! That is why such a big joke is always made of it. I recall a Simpsons episode where they were going across the border and smuggling back drugs for a profit. Only drugs I have ever bought from Canada were for my pets, and yes it saved an absolute ton.

The generic versions are exactly the same chemical make up as the brand name, all that it means is that the patent term ran out, and so now other companies are legally allowed to copy them. At this point the cost of the real thing also generally falls so that they don't lose all business. So there is no reason why they should not work the same.
