Do youu play any musical instruments? I am currently learning how to play the electric guitar. I used to play both the piano and clarinet. I am fairly good at picking up on music. Also, can you read music? I know it's hard for many people, but it seems easy to me.

I play several instruments and took exams in music theory which of course covered reading the dots. I can play, and sing to sheet music alone and I find that very useful. I play the violin, saxophone, flute and all the recorders (from sopranino to treble).

I have played the piano since age 5, so I can read music and sight sing just about anything in a common key, majored in music (voice & piano) for 2 years in college but switched to a minor in my junior year when I changed my major to languages and linguistics. I play the soprano recorder (played the tenor recorder for 8th grade ensemble), and am now teaching myself to play the violin, which I started last month. I am picking up the violin fairly quickly as I have perfect (or absolute) pitch which makes it easier I think.
