Default Where do you get most of your news from?

I can't stand to read my local newspaper: I always want to take a red pen to it, correct all the grammar and spelling and send it back to the editor. So I get my news from the CTV news channel, some from other news programs, and I read Yahoo news every morning to see what's what.

I usually get the news from msn.com for international news. For local news, word spreads pretty fast so i barely ever have to worry about buying the newspaper.

I really struggle to be honest because almost every channel that you watch is so biased towards one person, or one cause, that I am never really sure what the truth is. CNN seems pretty good, and I watch that a lot, but never would I watch Fox.

I usually opt for the cable news channels. they seem to have more accurate up to date information about what is going on. Although much of it is repeated way to often.

I never trust any type of televised news. There is not one television news station that is reliable and unbiased. My least favorite is the FOX news channel. If I must watch televised news, I watch CNN, and when I watch any other, I take it at face value, not completely accepting their "facts".

My local newspaper is not very reliable either. There are so many errors.

I really like to get my news from the internet.

It's sad that there really isn't a place to find reliable news.

Talking Internet

The internet is my main news source. Normally, I read the headlines on Yahoo Canada, probably because it's my homepage. If something interests me, I'll read the article, maybe do a web search for further information. I don't watch the t.v. news too often because it's just so depressing and biased. I'll usually only watch if it's for something specific. Same with newspapers and magazines.

I'll only watch television news for things like weather, emergencies (wild fires, earthquakes, floods) and for the traffic report. Every other time it's on, it's just for background noise.
